Parts Recommendation to Install Best Brake Controller in a 2014 Mercedes Benz Sprinter
Question:
I am hoping to locate a two plug adapter for a Tek P3 to install in a 2014 mercedes benz sprinter 2500. I have the factory installed green connector located under the driver seat. All the connectors on your site appear to require hardwiring at the vehicle side of the adapter. Thanks for your assistance.

We don't have a connector designed to fit the green connector you found on your 2014 Mercedes Benz Sprinter, but there might be a way you can use it to make installing a P3 brake controller easier than hardwiring as long as you have a factory 7-way on your vehicle.
You will want to use a circuit test to test the pins of the green connector for voltage. One of them should see voltage all the time (this would be the power source), and one of them should see voltage when the brakes are applied (brake switch wire). At this point you would need to cut off the green connector and strip the wires back as they will be used to install the controller.
To install the # 90195 you would run the black wire of the controller to the wire you found with power all of the time, and the red wire to the stoplight switch circuit you found. There should be a pin that will run back to the 7-way for the brake output circuit and another that is ground. The blue wire of the controller will run to the brake output circuit and the white wire to the ground.
Now if the green connector turns out to not be related to brake controller installation you will need to hardwire the controller in.
Since you may not have a factory trailer wiring you will need to start with a 4-way (if you do not have one). For that you would want the # 119250KIT.
From there you would need to convert the 4-way to a 7-way so that you can install the brake controller. For that you will want the Brake Controller Install Kit and 7-Way Adapter part # ETBC7. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this product as well.
