Curt trailer hitch # 13028 is designed to fit early to mid 2000s cab and chassis model GM trucks but not your 1972 Blazer. There are no custom fit hitches available for your 1972 Blazer but you may be able to use a weld-on hitch.
Take a look at the link to the right to our weld-on truck hitches. I am certain that one of these will work quite well on your Blazer. Any welding should be performed by a qualified professional welder.
