To determine if there is enough clearance from the rear mounted spare tire on your Hummer H2 for a Cargo or Motorcycle Carrier or hitch mounted bike rack you will want to take a couple measurements.
You will need a tape measure and a straight edge, like a yardstick or a dowel. Hold the straight edge vertically against the back of the spare tire, and make sure the straight edge extends below the hitch pin hole on your hitch. Then measure the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the straight edge. This will give you the clearance distance you need when considering any hitch mounted carrier or bike rack.
I have enclosed a help article that shows how to measure for clearance.
If you do need additional clearance and would want to use the Curt Hitch Extender, # C45795 that you referenced you will need to take the capacity of the hitch on your vehicle and reduce it by 50 percent and see if that leaves you with enough capacity for the weight of whatever you intend to carry (bikes, motorcycle, cargo carrier) plus the carrier.
