Question:
I am interested in Purchasing The Curt A20 Hitch with Slider and the Custom Quick Install kit, part number RP56010-53. I have a 2014 Ram 3500 Dually Mega Cab with a 6foot Bed. I wanted to ensure the install kit will work. Thanks!

The Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider, part # C16541 will be a good fit for your 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually. This hitch features a wide funnel that makes it easier when guiding the king pin into the hitch and also has 12 inches of travel front to back.
The Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Outboard Installation Kit, part # RP56010-53, includes the rails, brackets, and hardware needed for the installation on your truck. Using the custom kit cuts installation time in half versus the universal kits.
If you need a wiring harness in the bed of your truck for your fifth wheel, I recommend part # 41157. This plugs between your factory-installed 7-way connector and the OEM wiring harness and gives you a 7-way plug in the bed of your truck while retaining the use of the 7-way mounted on the rear of the truck.
When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
