What Is The Wiring Configuration For 4-Way Round Connector
Question:
What is the wiring diagram for 4 flat to 4 round? I want to change plug to match the hopkins endurance wiring harness HM47043 on towed vehicle. Thanks

On a flat 4-way connector, the standard function is Green is the right turn signal and brake, Yellow is left turn signal and brake, White is ground, and Brown is the running lights, used when the headlights are on.
You may want to test the wires for function just to be sure. You can use a circuit tester like part # PTW2992 for that.
I have attached a photo that shows typical wiring for a 4-way round connector.
