Question:
I have a 2004 Ford F350 with the 6 3/4 foot bed. I am purchasing a fifth wheel trailer but want to use my gooseneck ball instead of a fifth wheel. Which fifth wheel to goosenech adeptor would be best for my situation? The trailer is 29 foot and the weight unladen is around 10, 000 pounds.

There are several types of adapters to allow towing a 5th wheel trailer with a truck that is equipped with a gooseneck hitch. These vary in the amount of stress they will place on the trailer frame and also in the ride quality they deliver. Some offer a permanent long-term solution while others are suitable for short-distance or one-time use to move a trailer to its new location. I suggest you start with a review of the article linked at right, which shows and explains the various types and their benefits and drawbacks.
The best permanent solution is a replacement pin box called the Goose Box from Reese. This is a direct bolt-on replacement pin box that directly couples to the goose neck ball. This will deliver the best ride quality and put no stress on your trailer's frame. The fit of a Goose Box is based on your existing pin box brand and part number. Goose Box is part # RP85FR fits in place of Lippert 0719, 1621 and 1621HD pin boxes.
There are also other less-costly (and less-effective) options in adapters such as the Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter # AM3139 that you referenced. This is a good choice for occasional or short haul use. This type of adapter will put more stress on your trailer. It is a good idea to check with your trailer manufacturer for any guidance about the use of adapters.
The article will give you all the background you need to select the type of adapter that best suits your towing requirements.
