Lighting to Tow a 2015 Ford Fiesta ST Behind a Motor Home
Question:
Purchased part #56047 T-Connector for my 2015 Ford Fiesta ST so I didnt have to cut the factor wiring when hooking up the rear taillights for towing behind my RV. The problem is the connectors on the ST are larger than the ones on part #56047 and have 5 Pole vs 4 Pole. Do you have a part # that would be compatible with the 5 Pole connector on the Fiesta ST. Do you carry these connectors or a kit that will have these connectors in it so I can hook up these taillights to my RV 7 Pole system?

Trailer wiring harness # 56047 is for a 2015 Ford Fiesta sedan. But the ST is a hatchback so the harness will not fit. For a hatchback you would use # 118641.
Another issue is that you would not use this type of harness to tow the Fiesta behind the motor home. This harness is for a Fiesta to tow a trailer behind it. It does not work in reverse, so you need a different lighting solution.
Since there aren't any plug-in tow bar wiring harnesses for the 2015 Ford Fiesta ST at this time, your best option is to use a magnetic lighting kit, # RM-2120. And since this kit uses a 4-Way float, you will need a 7-Way to 4-Way adapter on the motor home, # PK12716 for blade style 7-Ways or # 47405 if the 7-Way has round pins.
