Rear Camera Recommendation for a Vehicle for Use with a License Plate Frame
Question:
Will a license plate frame fit in your product? I have a chrome frame holder that I would like to display in the rear. Will it fit? It measres 12 3/8inch wide by 6 3/8 inch tall by 1/4inch thick. Worried about the width and thickness! Thanks,

The Hopkins Backup Sensor System # HM60100VA that you referenced is not designed to be used with any other license plate bracket.
I think your best option would be to get a K-Source Vision System, Rear Mount Camera # KSVS-8. This system only uses a license plate mounting screw to attach so you should have no problem keeping your plate frame.
