The Air Lift Vehicle Suspension Kit for the 1967 Pontiac GTO, part # AL60844, is a correct fit for the 1967 GTO (as long as it is not the wagon model). Air bag kits like this are designed primarily to provide support to a suspension that is in good working order when it is handling a heavy load. They are not designed to provide suspension lift or increase weight capacity so your ride height will remain unchanged. But if faced with a heavy load in the rear they will help prevent some of the sag that you would otherwise experience.

In some cases if an air bag is fully inflated to its maximum psi-pressure it may extend the height of a coil spring somewhat, but I doubt you will find anything like 3-inches of lift. The ride quality in such circumstances may not be to your liking since a fully-inflated spring will make the suspension stiffer and more likely to transmit road bumps through to the passenger compartment.
