We have several 2 inch hitch balls that could work for your 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500. The biggest deciding factor will be what diameter hole is on the platform of your ball mount.
You will need to measure the hole of the ball mount you have and then select the correct shank diameter from the filter list on the left of the link I attached to the right that has all of the hitch balls we offer.
If you do not have a ball mount I attached a link to the right that will take you to an FAQ page that details how to select the correct ball mount.
