Fuse Bypass to Tow a 2014 Honda CR-V Behind a Motor Home

Question:

Roadmaster 76512 FuseMaster Harness I am considering purchasing the above harness for my vehicle, a 2014 Honda CR-V. I note that on your web page your recommend the 76512 which is a double and not the 76511 which is a single fuse switch. I have only been removing the # 19 ACC fuse for towing and have not experienced any problems. Is there another fuse involved that I should be removing also? I do have a blank button panel to mount the switch.

Expert Reply:

Actually, fuse bypass # RM76512 is not recommended for the 2014 Honda CR-V. The correct one is # RM76511. You should only have to pull that one fuse. But you can check your vehicle owners manual to be sure. I have included a link to a video to the right showing how the fuse bypass installs.

Fuse bypass # RM76512 is listed for a 2012 - 2014 Chevy Cruze.
