I would like to know the distance from the bottom of the bracket where it would bolt to the trailer and the base of the foot.

The Fulton F2 trailer jack # F1413230134 can get pretty low. I went out to the warehouse and pulled one of these jacks to measure it.
The mounting bracket is adjustable so with it in the lowest position from the bottom of the foot to the bottom of the u-bolt hole using the small u-bolt measures 3-7/8 inches. With the bracket all the way up it is 17 inches.
If using the larger u-bolt is measures 3-1/8 inches from bottom of foot to bottom of lower mounting hole. And In the highest position it measures 16-7/16 inches. I have included a picture and video with the measurements.
