We do have hitch extenders for 1-1/4 inch hitches that have a 1-1/4 inch receiver at the end. Brophy 6 inch extender # hes6 is one option. And there is a 10 inch version, # hes0.

Please note that the use of an extender will reduce the tongue weight capacity of the trailer hitch by 50 percent while also putting more stress on the hitch and where the hitch is attached to the vehicle.
