Will the Curt Trailer Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier # C18145 Fit a 2008 Saturn Aura
Question:
will this fit and work for my 2008 saturn aura with 300 lb tongue weight?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The trailer hitches for the 2008 Saturn Aura are Class II hitches with 1-1/4 inch receivers which is compatible with Curt cargo carrier # C18145. The hitches are all rated for 300 pounds tongue weight but also check the vehicle owners manual to determine the vehicles tongue weight capacity. If lower than the hitch go by the lower capacity.
To make sure there will not be any clearance issues, measure from the center of the hitch pin hole straight back to the distance needed to clear the rear bumper. If that distance is less than 7-1/4 inches then the carrier will not interfere with the bumper. I have included a link to a help article to the right for you as well.
