Will the Reese Hitch part # RP30081 fit In Rails that Previously had a Reese 16k Hitch

Question:

If I purchased this hitch, would I be able to use my existing bed rails? The holes appear to be 21-5/8 inch apart. My current hitch is a Reese 16K, albeit quite an old unit. I have an 8foot bed. Thanks.......

Yes, the Reese Hitch part # RP30081 would fit in the rails you have in the bed of your truck that previously had a Reese 16k hitch installed into. Both your current hitch and the # RP30081 are designed to fit the industry standard fifth wheel rails.

I attached a picture that has the dimensions of the industry standard fifth wheel rails.
