Curt TriFlex Brake Controller Installed on 2000 Jeep Cherokee Shows Only L. and Will Not Change
Question:
did wiring connections, on startup without trailer plugged in or with plugged in as well0 the display reads L. only and never changes no matter what I do. This display output isnt mentioned in any of your troubleshooting guides: whats possibly wrong?

The L. display should show up on the Curt TriFlex brake controller, # C24VV, when it is plugged in. When you are installing the controller, the trailer should not be connected.
The lever or button on the left side of the controller is the sensitivity adjustment. The L. should change when that lever is moved. If it does not then there is likely a problem inside the controller and it will need to be replaced.
