Because a gooseneck hitch attaches to the vehicle frame, you won't be able to install one on a truck equipped with a body lift, because the body is lifted from the frame and supported by blocking of some kind. It might be possible to have something fabricated, but I'm afraid you'd only be opening a big can of worms.

Even if you could have something fabbed that would allow you to install a gooseneck hitch in your truck, you'd also need to consider the following:

-Body and suspension lifts will typically have an unknown effect on the weight bearing capability of a vehicle.
-The suspension height of a gooseneck trailer will be configured for a truck with a stock or nearly stock ride height. Attempting to tow it with a lifted vehicle can cause trailer sway or uneven trailer tire wear.

You'll be much better off using a truck that's not lifted.
