Winch Recommendation to Raise and Lower 175 LB Monster Jeep Tire
Question:
looking for a winch that would raise and lower the spare tire of a monster jeep, tire is about 175lbs, and i need something to get it to the spare tire mount , i like the strap application, that would be easy to grab the tire.

The Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch with 12 Ft Strap, # DL16003, is built for multipurpose hauling and lifting operations with a capacity rating of 400 pounds. Although I do not have a recommendation as to where or how this winch could be mounted for your application, this winch does have the capacity that you would need in order to lift the 175 pound spare tire of the monster Jeep.
