When backing will the RP30921 turn up to 90 degrees in either direction? Thanks.

Since your 2015 Ford F350 has a long bed you should have no problem making a 90 degree turn with the Reese M5 Series 5th Wheel # RP30921 installed in your hitch prep package.
Short bed trucks usually have issues with making sharp turns due to hitch being closer to the truck cab then on a long bed truck.
