Will Camper Tie Downs Fit a 1997 Chevy Z-71 and What Other Parts are Needed

We have a Skamper 080S pop-up camper, will this tie down work with a 97 Chevy Z-71 4X4 extended cab short bed truck? If they will what all will we need to secure the camper to the bed? Thanks for your time.

Yes, the Camper Hold Downs, part number HSSF will work on your 1997 Chevy pickup. The hold downs do not fit in the stake pockets but wrap around the bed rails and are mounted inside the bed. They will work for any camper size that is properly sized for your vehicle.

You will also probably need a tie down kit. The Camper Tie Down Hardware Package, item # TDHP, comes with four 3/8 inch turnbuckles, four S hooks and four chains and works with the camper hold downs. This hold down kit has a 3,000 pound capacity per set.
