Slipper Spring Recommendation for a Jon Boat Trailer
Question:
Old boat trailer for a jon boat: I need leaf springs one just snapped and the other very rusted. Having trouble finding the specific size anywhere, incl your website. What Im looking for: 2 leaves Hook end slipper spring eye on one end, hook on other. Measures 27inch from center of eye to end of hook Measures 13inch from center of eye to middle of spring Fairly flat spring, only about 2inch high from center of eye to bottom/midpt of spring. 1-3/4 wide thanks for any help

Based on the dimensions you listed I think the part # e33SR would fit. It's 26-14 inches long, has 13-1/4 from the eye to the mid point of the spring and has an overall height of 3-1/2 inches.
Each spring is rated at 2,050 lbs. For a lighter rated spring with very similar dimensions that would work check out part # e29SR. It has a 1,000 lb capacity. It doesn't have the hook at then of the spring, but it would work much better.
Sounds like you were already planning on doing it, but you should always replace leaf springs in pairs.
