It is possible that something was jarred loose on the truck or trailer side connectors, and it may not be a fuse at all. You would want to start by testing the connector on the truck using a circuit tester such as # PTW2993. I have linked a help article to the right that explains the testing procedure.

If you are not getting any power on the truck side connector, then you will want to check the wiring going to it to make sure that it hasn't pulled out or got damaged. If everything is in working order, then use the vehicle owns manual to find all the fuse and relay locations associated with the tow package wiring.

On the trailer side make sure the connector is in good shape and that the wires have not pulled out. Fix as needed. The main ground should be connected to a clean metal surface. You can use a separate 12-volt battery and a length of wire to apply power to each pin on the trailer connector to see what lights up. If nothing lights up then there is a break somewhere that you will need to track down or the lights have all blown, which does not seem likely.
