Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier Trunk Mounted Bike Rack # TH910 Compatability for Honda Pilot 2004
Question:
Will this bike rack work on a Honda Pilot 2004?

The Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier Trunk Mounted Bike Rack # TH910XT or TH961XT will not fit on your 2004 Honda Pilot because the top straps should not be mounted directly to glass or plastic trim covering glass. This is a problem you will encounter with all current trunk mount carriers and your vehicle.
I recommend a trailer hitch and bike rack for a trailer hitch system to fit your carrier needs. The Draw-Tite Class III Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75599 is designed to fit your vehicle and is a popular item. I have included a video that shows it being installed on a 2007 Pilot.
You could then add the 2 Bike Carrier for 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch Trailer Hitches - Wheel Mount - Swagman XTC-2 # S64670. This carrier offers easily installation and ratcheting frame hooks for easy use. I have included a video of this product below.
If you plan on towing something that requires wiring you might want to add T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118336 or Plug-N-Tow (TM) Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 43105.
