How to Remove the Pin on Fulton Jack Handle # F0933305S00
Question:
I ordered the Fulton Marine Trailer Jack Sidewind Handle Kit part # F0933305S00 and the old busted handle end came off is still attached. I see the roll pin for the old handle after removing the cap. Ive tried hammering it out from both sides and its not budging. Theres not room to get a grip to pull it out. How do I remove this so I can install the new one?

To help you remove the old crank handle pin from your Fulton jack you can try applying a spray-on lubricant and allow it to penetrate for a while before hammering. Or you may also try carefully heating that part of the handle with a small torch. The pin and handle are made of different metals and so should expand different amounts; this may help loosen the pin from the handle shaft so you can remove the pin. Be sure to use appropriate gloves or other protection. If neither of these methods works for you may be able to drill out the pin.
