The Yakima roof rack you referenced is not longer available and not compatible as the Q clips have been discontinued by the manufacturer.

If your new 2013 Kia Rio is a 5-door hatchback with no existing rails or crossbars, then I recommend the Inno rack # INXB130-138, # INXS250, and # INK608.

Often our customers that use a roof rack will opt for a handy accessory, Tire Step # HE4040, to ease access to the rooftop cargo. This fully-assembled step slips over a tire for use and folds up for easy storage in your Rio.

It is a good idea to check your vehicle owner's manual to confirm its roof weight-carrying capacity before loading your cargo. A roof rack for a particular vehicle may have a weight capacity that is greater or lesser than the vehicle's. In such cases the lower-rated item determines the overall system capacity.
