In bed 5th wheel wiring harness # 41157 is recommended for your 2004 Chevy Silverado.
The brake controller I would recommend is the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 which includes customizable LCD display and storable settings. Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3015-P will be needed to install your electric brake controller quickly and easily.
I attached a couple installation videos for you as well.
