The Replacement Head for Reese Weight Distribution System, part # RP58167, is designed to work with Reese trunnion bar weight distribution systems. It is designed to use hitch balls with a 1-1/4 inch shank, and has a limited lifetime warranty.
I spoke with my contact at Reese and they told me that this replacement head is rated for weight distribution systems up to 1,700 lbs tongue weight and 17,000 lbs towing weight.
This holes on the head are 3-3/4 inches center-to-center. I have attached a link to a product review video you can check out.
