The Best Trailer Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier and Light Kit for a 2013 Honda Pilot

Can the etrailer Light Kit e98943-44led be fitted to the Curt Cargo Carrier C18152? And can the C18152 be used with a 2013 Honda Pilot?

Draw-Tite cargo carrier light kit # e98943-44LED is not a direct fit to Curt cargo carrier # C18152. You would have to either drill holes for the lights in the carrier or you would have to fabricate something to get them attached to the rails on the carrier.
You could use the light kit with Pro Series carrier # 6502. But this carrier is smaller at 20x48 inches compared to Curt cargo carrier # C18152 at 24x60 inches. For a folding carrier that is 24x60 inches and that can use a light kit use the etrailer carrier # e98874 with light kit # e98943-44LED.
All of the carriers listed above will fit 2-inch trailer hitches. They are all likely to clear the rear of your 2013 Honda Pilot. But to make sure you can measure from the center of the hitch pin hole straight back to the distance needed to clear the rear bumper.
Pro Series carrier # 6502 measures 7-1/2 inches when folded up and 13 inches when folded down.
The etrailer carrier # e98874 measures 9-1/2 inches when folded up and 19-1/2 inches when folded down. This carrier also has a tilting feature. It tilts away from the vehicle when loaded.
