I have attached a link to our product page that lists the hubs we offer that have a 4 bolt design. You will need to check both the inner and outer bearing numbers to see if they are both the same.
For a 2,000 lb axle I recommend part # 8-91-05UC1. This hub has a 4 on 4 bolt pattern, and includes lug nuts, inner and outer bearings, part # L44649, and races, part # L44610, grease cap and grease seal, part # 10-9. The 5-1/2 inch diameter hub flange is designed to use with 8 inch to 12 inch wheels.
I have attached a link to a helpful article that shows how to determine the bolt pattern of your wheels you can check out.
