Because over time the hitch manufacturers can change the torque specs on the fastening hardware, we typically don't publish those numbers. However, if you click the link I provided to the installation instructions, and scroll to the bottom of the page, the torque ratings are mentioned in step # 5 of the install instructions. I'll also link you to an install video showing the hitch being installed on a 2010 Highlander.
