We do offer a range of hitch-mount wheelchair carriers like the Flint Hill Goods # FHG77ZR that you referenced. The best option for you will depend on the weight of your chair.

Trailer hitches such as the one on your FJ have a specific tongue weight rating (tongue weight is downward force on the hitch) and this capacity cannot be exceeded. Your vehicle itself also has a tongue weight rating (indicated in your manual or available from your dealership) that likewise cannot be exceeded. You will need to choose a carrier whose weight, when combined with that of the chair itself, does not exceed either the hitch or vehicle capacity. There should be a safety sticker on the hitch indicating its tongue weight (TW) rating.

All of the hitches we offer for the 2010 FJ (please see the link at right) are 2-inch Class III types that have a TW capacity of 500-lbs. The Flint Hill Goods carrier # FHG77ZR weighs about 77-lbs, so as long as your hitch/vehicle are rated for 500-lbs, and as long as your chair is not more then 423-lbs, then their combined weight will be within safe limits.
