Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation for a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Question:
I had the curt trailer harnes in my 95 legacy, sold it then put it in my 94 jeep grand Cher. I tested all the cons before I hooked them up but when I power it from the bat all three lights on my tester are lit. I put a multimeter on them and they are all 12.6 v. What could be causing? Thank you

It sounds like the converter box of the # C56496 has shorted out. If it's putting 12 volts on all three taillight circuits just because the battery wire is hooked up it has shorted out.
For a replacement harness I would go with the part # C55349 as it will install inline with your taillights for an easier install.
