Difference Between Timbren Axle-Less System Regular Tire and Timbren Axle-Less System Wide Tire

Question:

I am looking at the Timbren axle less system on your website - the 2000 lb for my pop up trailer. What is the difference between the regular tire vs wide tire part #s? I will be running Nissan Xterra wheels but this will require a 2inch spacer/adapter so this provide additional spacing away from HUB already. Trailer weight loaded is approx 1000 lbs. Thanks,

The difference between the Timbren Axle-Less System Regular Tire and the Timbren Axle-Less System Wide Tire will be the distance between the hub face and the trailer frame.

I have attached a diagram and chart that will give you the dimension for each of the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension Systems with a 2,000 pound capacity.

Whether or not you will have to use a spacer when mounting the Nissan Xterra wheels will depend on the amount of clearance that you have and which system that you choose. You will want to measure the distance from your hub face to the trailer frame, as illustrated in the attachment. For example, if you were to go with part # ASR2KHDS02, this system has a distance of 8-1/2 inches from the location hub face to the frame mounting bracket. If additional clearance is needed to mount the tires, using the 2 inch spacer/adapter that you mentioned would give you additional clearance.
