Hi what the difference between this two part #? And what the weight capacity on the vgt-70-4000?

The biggest difference between the Stromberg Carlson Tailgates # VGT-70-100 and part # VGT-70-4000 is the material the tailgates are made of.
The # VGT-70-100 is made of a heavy duty steel, powdered coated black to resist corrosion.
The # VGT-70-4000 is made of a plastic that has been engineered to be just as strong as the steel tailgates, since it is plastic it will never corrode, and it is much lighter weight.
Both tailgates are confirmed to fit your 2011 Toyota Tundra.
