Since you said you have a Falcon Towing Kit, I assume you mean you have the Falcon or Falcon 2 tow bar made by Roadmaster.
Base plates are designed to fit specific vehicles. The base plates that are designed to fit your 1994 Chevrolet S-10, are part # 179-8. Once you remove the drawbars, the brackets are almost invisible.
There are a total of 5 items needed when flat-towing a vehicle. You need the base plates for the towed vehicle, a tow bar which you said you have, safety cables, lighting for the towed vehicle, and a supplemental brake system because it is now required in most states.
The safety cables I recommend are part # RM-643.
For lights when you are towing your S-10, I recommend the Optronics Magnetic Tow Lights, part # TLL21RK. These have a strong magnetic base and 20 ft of wire that runs up to the wiring harness on your towing vehicle.
The supplemental brake system I recommend is the Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Proportional Braking System, part # RM-9400. This is a proportional system that is activated in proportion to the towing vehicle.
