For all intents and purposes the Curt hitches part # 9883544 and part # 13432 are exactly the same. They fit the same Wranglers, have the same capacities and have the exact same installation instructions. I attached the installation instructions plus an install video for you to check out.
For trailer wiring you would want the part # C55124.
For ball mounts I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag.
