Because Thule ceased manufacturing the Summit cargo box back in late 2001, they're not going to have any fit information about a 2015 Outback. What exact fit problem are you having? Is the location of the holes for the mounting hardware not matching with the location of your existing crossbars? Thule does not offer an adapter kit, but it might be possible to drill holes in the proper location to match your crossbars, but understand that drilling additional holes will weaken the structure of the box, and could cause the box to detatch from the vehicle when under force from strong winds or if a collision occurs.
If you need a replacement mounting kit, it's available as part # TH04997.
