In order to use a hitch mounted rack, you'd first need to install the Curt Class II receiver hitch, part # C122313. The hitch would easily install using weld nuts that are already installed in the underside of the vehicle.

We have many different bike racks that would be compatible with the Class II hitch on your LS 430, but my favorite is the Swagman Trailhead, part # S63360. The rack is at an excellent price point, but it includes essential features like sturdy rubber straps for securing the bikes to the rack, anti sway cradles that prevent the bikes from swaying back and forth during travel and an anti rattle hitch pin that prevents the rack from moving about in the receiver tube. The rack also features a built in adapter that allows it to be used either on a 1-1/4 inch hitch or a 2 inch model. I'd also recommend a locking hitch pin/cable lock, part # S64031.

If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply-angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack. This allows the bike to be carried level, which maximizes ground clearance.
