The Swagman Original # S64400 should fit your Cayenne, as long as it's equipped with a 2 inch hitch. To be absolutely sure, measure the distance between the hitch pin hole and the furthest rearward portion of the back bumper, as outlined in the article I've linked to. If your measurement is less than 14-1/2 inches, the rack will work just fine. The rack includes an anti rattle hitch bolt, but the # 5200 lock and the # e98891 cable lock are sold separately.

The Swagman # S64400 is a decent rack, but the single arm design is best for short trips around town. If you'll be traveling longer distances with lots of starting and stopping I'd really recommend a rack that features anti-sway cradles that will prevent the bikes from swinging back and forth during travel and striking each other and possibly the rear of the vehicle the hitch is mounted to.

I'd recommend the Swagman Trailhead, part # S63380. The cradles on the Trailhead firmly hold your bike frame and the anti-sway feature prevents the bikes from swinging side to side during transport. A combo hitch/cable lock, which would secure the rack to the vehicle and the bikes to the rack is available separately as part # S64031. If your hitch pin hole to bumper measurement is less than 9-1/2 inches (which it certainly should be), the rack would fit just fine.

If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply-angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack. This allows the bike to be carried level, which maximizes ground clearance.
