5th Wheel Hitch/Install Kit for 2008 Toyota Tundra w/5-1/2 Foot Bed, Trailer w/Revolution Pin Box

Question:

We purchased a Forest River 5th wheel with a Pin box Revolusion. Which Reese 5th wheel hitch do we need to purchase and where can we find one. Our 5th wheel weighs 7,500 lbs and we can tow 10000 with our truck. We have been told the parts for the hitch we need isnt being made at the present time. Im tring to find one on my own.

For your 2008 Toyota Tundra with 5-1/2 foot bed you can use the semi-custom installation kit # RP30035-309. I have included a link to the installation instructions to the right.

Then all you need is a hitch. Since the trailer weighs only 7,500 pounds you can use a 16K hitch such as # RP30047, which will provide you with a much more secure dual jaw connection. I have linked video reviews of both hitches for you. Pro Series is also made by Reese.
