Tow Hitch Mount Bike Rack with Good Ground Clearance for a 2011 Mazda CX-7

Question:

Just bought a 2011 Mazda CX7 and had hitch installed with a 2 inch receiver opening. Unfortunately, once the 3 bikes are put on the rack, it looks like the bike wheels are so low to the ground. Guess the body frame of the Mazda cx7 is lower to the ground than our other car, a 2005 Ford Escape. Is there a rack that will allow the bikes to sit up higher, with perhaps a vertical bar that is taller than the 31inch on our Saris model? Or is there something like that on the market that could raise the bikes up higher without blocking back window visibility?

The Swagman Trailhead # S63365 would be a great option for you. This bike rack has a rise in the shank for added ground clearance. I have included a link to the right to a video review (of the 4-bike version) for you to view.
