If your 2007 Saturn Vue's owners manual says to not use snow chains we can't safely recommend you do so. However, there are a few S rated snow chains available for your tire size that aren't crazy expensive. Part # TC3810CAM, # TC3010, and part # TC2318 are just a few.
For your situation the best solution I could recommend would be to get another set of wheels for your vehicle and have snow tires mounted to them. Snow tires are a great solution as they do not require you to get out and mess with chains in inclement weather and they do not have the speed restrictions like snow chains do. Snow tires can be driven on dry pavement as well without any problems.
