Availability of Replacement Parts for Thule Roof Rack Fit Kit # THKIT3039 for a 2011 BMW 535i
Question:
The Thule 460R foot mounts attach to the fixed mount points of a BMW 535i, using 4 double threaded bolts that have a hex socket on one end. I need 4 of these to replace bent ones. Do you have them in stock or can you get them? Thanks.

It looks like your best bet for getting the replacement parts you need would be to go with a new # THKIT3039 fit kit.
I spoke with my Thule representative, and found out that unfortunately, they do not offer individual components of the # THKIT3039 fit kit as replacement parts. My rep went on to explain that Thule offers hundreds of different fit kits, all of them vehicle-specific, many of which use unique parts. It wouldn't be possible for Thule to stock and manage all those spare parts for the rare occasions when somebody needs them.
I realize you weren't wanting the whole kit, but at least you'll have some extra spare parts, should you ever need them.
