Hello, What if the 7 way connector at the rear bumper is an aftermarket install, would this product still work?

The Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector with 7-Pole # PK11893-11932 is the universal design that virtually all 7-ways on the road use so yes it should work just fine on your 2003 Ford F250 Super Duty.

To be certain though you can check out the connectors on your 7-way and compare them to the ones in the picture I attached to see if they match.
