Can B&W Patriot ISR 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch be Used with a Sidewinder Pin Box

can I use the patriot 3200 with a sidewinder ? I have a long bed truck now with a 15000 pro part # 30099.

Since the B&W Patriot 5th wheel trailer hitch # BWRVK3200 mounts to industry standard rails and is secured at the four corners of the hitch you can use a Sidewinder pin box with it. We have recently spoken to B&W about this and they have assured us that this type of set up is compatible with the Sidewinder pin boxes.

Only the Companion hitches that mount just to a gooseneck ball are the problem. But the ones that mount at 4 points are fine.
