The Draw-Tite Class III Hitch # 75362 that you referenced is a correct fit for the 2000 GMC Sierra 1500 and 2500 LD truck with OEM bumper. The hitch installs without drilling using included hardware. The written instructions as well as an install video are linked for your review. If you have a different version of the Sierra please let me know and I will be glad to confirm a hitch fit.

If you need a trailer wiring harness you can use # 18252 if the truck does not have a tow package; if it does have a tow package you can instead use # 118384.
