To see if the Curt Hitch part # E-3S would line up with the holes of your 2008 Nissan Frontier you would need to check out the pictures I attached that shows the bolt hole dimensions.
For a better hitch setup that would attach to your vehicle frame I would recommend the Draw-Tite part # 75282. I can guarantee this hitch will work for you. I attached an install video for this hitch for you to check out.
