Availability of a Trailer Hitch For a 1966 Ford F-100

Would this hitch fit behind a tag on a 66 Ford F-100?

We do have hitches available for your truck (see link) but none of them are designed to fit behind the tag (license plate). At this time I do not know of a Hidden or Stealth hitch that is available for your truck.
For a trailer hitch that would sit below the rear bumper, I recommend looking at the Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch, # 75034. This hitch will fit as long as you have the standard or step bumper.
If you have a deep drop bumper, then you will want part # 41504.
