Roof Rack and Light Bar Recommendation for 1996 Isuzu Trooper

Question:

I am wanting to order this for my daughters truck which is a 1996 Isuzu Trooper. The original roof rack is gone. Do you think this will work? The truck is gutterless. There are holes where the original rails used to be. We want to mount a basket to the top of the rails and already have that. We are also looking for a light bar to mount KC lites. Any suggestions?
