Can a Surge Brake Coupler Be Used with an Electric Over Hydraulic Brake System
Question:
I have a F250 with the Controller factory installed, I also purchased a new Titan Disc brake kit last fall, T-4843200 I would like to know the following Where would this mount? Do I need to purchase a new tongue, Since the surge reservoir will not be in use Thanks

If you lock out your surge actuator you could still use it with your Titan BrakeRite I Plug and Play Electric-Hydraulic Actuator Kit part # T4813102. It would be just a matter of finding an appropriate place to mount the unit. People do this pretty frequently. Usually on the side of the actuator there is a an area where you can run a bolt through the actuator to prevent the actuator from moving. Without knowing what coupler you have it's hard to say exactly what you would need to do.
Without seeing your setup it would be pretty hard for me to suggest an install location for the actuator though.
